• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination:

• Your access to services will be discontinued
• Any outstanding payments become immediately due
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
